35mm print! For June, NYFCC member Tomris Laffly will present a 35mm print of Adrian Lyne’s Unfaithful starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane. In 2003, Diane Lane’s performance was awarded the Best Actress Prize at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards, and was recognized with an Academy Award® nomination.    
 

In Unfaithful, a middle aged wife and mother has an affair with a handsome younger man, but her husband murders him when he finds out about the affair. The couple must reckon with what has happened to their marriage and themselves.
